On-Site Course Deposit - BLS

Class Price: $200.00

 What does CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS) cover? 

  • Adult, child, and infant CPR techniques

  • Use of AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

  • Choking relief and basic airway management

  • High-quality chest compressions and rescue breathing

  • 25-multiple choice exam (open-resource)

  • Certification valid for 2 years

  • Course Duration: Approximately 2-3 hours, depending on class size

Additional Details:

  • Deposit: $200 required to book (nonrefundable & nontransferable). Applied toward balance unless class is rescheduled.

  • Travel surcharge: $50+ for locations more than 25 miles from Health Street.

  • Repeat customer discount: 5% off future sessions if completed within 12 months. We love returning customers!

  • Payment: Due the day of the course. Check is preferred. Credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee.

Onsite Course Terms & Conditions
 
Onsite course is defined as when Health Street instructors come to your facility for the course. 
 
Deposit:
A $200 deposit is required to secure your onsite course date. This deposit is nonrefundable and nontransferable but will be applied toward your total balance unless the class is rescheduled.
 
Travel Surcharge:
A $50+ travel fee applies for locations more than 25 miles from Health Street. Exact travel costs will be confirmed at the time of booking.
 
Repeat Customer Discount:
We value our returning clients! Receive 5% off your next onsite session if booked within 12 months of your previous class.
 
Payment:
Payment is due on the day of the course.
  • Preferred payment method: Check
  • Credit card payments: Accepted with a 3% processing fee

**The deposit of $200 is required to book the course. Please note that the deposit is both nonrefundable and nontransferable. Once the deposit is paid, the date is finalized & cannot be changed.**
