Topics Covered: Preventing cardiac arrest, high-performance teams, early and continuous high-quality CPR, systems of care, recognition and intervention of cardiopulmonary arrest, post-cardiac arrest care, acute dysrhythmias, stroke, and acute coronary syndromes (ACS).
Pre-Course Requirements: Once you have registered for this class, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the information and link for the required Pre-Course Self Assessment and Pre-Course Work.
BLS Add On: Once you select a date for the ACLS course, you can add BLS on as an option for $45 extra on the following page.
This is an American Heart Association class, and students will receive two years "same-day" certification upon successful completion. Is your CPR Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification close to expiring too? Renew your BLS certificate with ACLS to save $10! Simply check-mark "Yes (add $45)" to add on to your ACLS course.
You will be given a training pocket mask in the classroom but, it's always a good idea to keep one with you to use in a real emergency.
